Overview
The A Litter represents the first breeding under the Vanguard Gun Dogs name — a carefully planned pairing of proven NAVHDA-tested dogs known for intelligence, drive, and cooperation. Our goal was to produce balanced, biddable GSPs capable of performing in both upland and waterfowl settings while remaining composed companions at home.
Glen Allen’s Ridge UT-I
A driven, honest bird dog with the speed, style, and intensity of his sire and grandsire. Ridge has hunted extensively across Nebraska, South Dakota, and Virginia on pheasant, quail, and woodcock, as well as sea and puddle ducks along the East Coast. Despite his power in the field, he’s calm and well-mannered in the home.
